1. What kind of services do you offer to your clients?

We offer online tutoring, translation and interpretation services. We also provide educational games and aides for students and other age groups.

2. When did you launch your website?

On February 2020 and after the spread of COVID-19 that affected a large population of the world, we decided to launch a comprehensive platform for online tutoring services for teaching English.

3. How can I know my English language level exactly before I buy an educational package from your website?

The first step you need to take is to visit the following website and do the placement test tests on the home page of this website:

On test should be finished in 15 minutes and the other one should be done in 50 minutes. After you did both of the tests, then you can take a screenshot of your test results and send them to us via WhatsApp or email. Afterwards, we can tell you about the best package that fits you.

4. Is there any extra charge for the placement test on your website?

No extra charge is required and the placement test website is provided free of charge in the FAQs part of our website.

5. Do you provide online tuition only?

No. We also provide conventional face-to-face classes as well. It mostly depends on the type of class requested by the applicants and their needs. At the moment, the majority of the applicants prefer to attend the online classes.

6. How can I improve my speaking skills in English?

The best advice I can tell you is to overcome your fear of speaking in English by taking part in English networking sessions and try to learn and practice English phrases instead of memorizing English words only. Learning English in the form of phrases is much more effective than memorizing a bunch of words that cannot help you to use them in your daily conversations.

7. How can I improve my writing skills in English?

The key to success in English writing is to invest on your reading skill. As you read more and more passages in English, your English writing skill improves remarkably because it can help you a lot to get familiar with the syntax and grammar English language.
